* We reserve the right to process and ship orders only after payment has been transferred and valid/clean shipping address provided.
* We quarantee following T/A and shipping conditions:
- USA/Canada (about 10 days)
- Europe (up to 14 days)
- International (up to 21 days)
- orders are usually processed and shipped up to 10 working days.(Except holidays)
- we always split bigger orders to make shipments reasonably small and discrete.
- we always prepare your shipments to be rough transport proof & silent , ensuring secure and smooth arrival.
- fixed shipping costs - 10$
- our regular shipments are shipped via registered airmail (priority) , therefore have tracking and requires signature on arrival.
(That way shipping is faster and more reliable , also still extremely discrete&secure)
- we provide trackings only in cases of 30 day delays or documented problems.
Returns
* We guarantee one time 100% resend or refund only for packages shipped via registered mail (tracking/signature/priority) , under conditions:
- Scanned copy of seizure letter necessary.
- we will need a new 100% clean/secure shipping address , unrelated to previous addresse.
* We offer one time 50% resend of ordered products damaged/destroyed in transport under condition
- we will need you to email us pictures of damaged products/packaging.
(original condition , right after arrival)
* We don't offer Resends or Refunds for regular airmail shipments anymore due to increased number of misplaced/stolen packages.
